For the last 5 months, I have been learning Octane Render blender plugin.
I have worked on usefull shaders (snow covered mountain rocks, fire, angry ocrean waves) , all options on lighting a scene (better shadows and lighting scenarios) render passes and denoiser, OSL, IOR, Live DB, displacements (wich in my opinion is the strongest feature of octane), world settings & HDRI.
Pretty much everything you would need to make a great illustration or concept art.
Blender Octane plugin is so inspiring that I even came up with new ways of creating stuff.
I am working on a series of illustrations on my free time. all images are raw renders or screenshots.
I am thinking on sharing all this into a series of tutorials. Let me know what you think in comments.
